Jo Rowling is one of five people who have completely inspired me in my life. It's not just because of Harry Potter and the fact that I want to be a writer. It's also her whole attitude to things and her humility, as well as her perseverance and her courage and the way she's so modest and down to earth about her success and doesn't take herself too seriously. She's one of my favourite people ever and just a great human being really.
I keep watching her Havard Commencement speech because it is so inspiring, just for life in general, she talks about the positivity in failure and the importance of imagination amongst other things and tells some inspiring stories. Anyway the links are this:-
